The Last Molfar: Bestiary - Mavka
This time we brought you πππ―π€π, another iconic creature from Ukrainian mythology. Often depicted undressed with flowing hair, Mavkas are enchanting temptresses who lure men into the woods to their doom. Theyβre typically seen as the souls of young girls or unchristened babies who suffered premature or unnatural deaths. Mavka lack reflection in water and cast no shadow, and their subtype Nyavka has a transparent back that eerily reveal entrails.
